Hi Peta
EPA has concise guidance on this https://www.epa.vic.gov.au/about-epa/news-media-and-updates/coronavirus/managing-coronavirus-waste-from-a-workplace#how-to-dispose-of-coronavirus-waste-from-clinical-facilities
RATs need to discarded in clinical waste. PPE that does not meet the criteria for clinical waste is disposed of in general waste

Hi all, posting this on behalf of a member:
Good Morning,
Just reaching out does anyone have a guideline on disposal of waste from Rapid antigen testing station in health care setting? I have checked online and different sites are indicating different directives. Clinical waste disposal versus general waste and non-touch bins etc.
Thankyou in advance.
Kind Regards
