    Hi Vanessa
    In our facility waste from symptomatic isolated residents is treated as
    clinical waste as per VIC guidelines.
    Previously when we were isolating asymptomatic residents (similar to your
    reasons) as a precaution and where there was an assessed minimal risk of
    Infection and transmission; general waste was used.
