Hi Donna
I don’t have experience of any keyboard covers in Australia but the NHS UK used steritouch. If I remember they had a indicator light when the cover required cleaning. I don’t recall any problems with the use of the keys.
Kind regards

Hi ACIPC Colleagues,
Our facility has launched electronic documentation and with that the use of computers on wheels. From an infection control point of view Im recommending either covered or washable keyboards and mice.
Weve tried the SteriClick keyboard and the feedback from users has been that the keys are so stiff and hard to push that staff are refusing to use them. For those of you using computers on wheels what washable key boards and mice are you successfully using? or are you using covers and if so do they work? When I raised the possibility of using covers here feedback was that these would be flipped off and not used.
Anyone have suggestions?
Kind regards,
Donna
