Previously when I worked for IPC at a large teritiary hospital, I showcased the clinical areas with the highest hand hygiene results on a display in the main hospital concourse. Lots of positive feedback and interest from patients and visitors passing by! The clinical areas below 80% were not mentioned on the display were you wanting to show all your clinical area results? Obvious problem is a lot of consumers may not have the overall understanding of rates and anything outside of a 90% amount may be misconstrued? Just some thoughts
