Hi Joe,
I have seen this practice and have actively discouraged it continuing, it
is often related to users wearing gloves inappropriately so looking at
glove use may also assist with resolving the problem, It is specifically
discouraged in the national infection control guidelines and also by Hand
Hygiene Australia

Has anyone else noticed staff wearing gloves and then cleaning the gloves
with alcohol hand rub rather than removing the gloves and performing
hand hygiene?Thanks
