    HI Cath,
    I have been working with our dialysis clinics across 11 Asia and Pacific
    countries and many different cultures and religions.
    Regarding uniforms, we have not had any issues implementing a bare below
    elbow policy in the clinical area, from a cultural or religious
    perspective.

    We would greatly appreciate any feedback regarding how this issue is
    managed in your facilities.
    Long sleeves for religious / cultural reasons is not a common occurrence
    in our community.
    We have a policy in place which we are about to review.
