Wolters Kluwer – Procedures reviewers sought

Please see below for a request to engage with Wolters Kluwer to review US content for alignment with Australian guidelines. Please note, members that are able to assist would be doing so on an individual basis and not officially representing ACIPC. Recruitment of members to undertake this work would not indicate College endorsement.

Wolters Kluwer are managing the localisation and the ongoing updating of our point-of-care nursing resource, Lippincott Procedures, from US-aligned content to Australian evidence-based best practice.

This is a request to have the following Procedures (approximately 4-10 pp each) reviewed for overall accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Australian guidelines, in particular bearing in mind recent revisions to Standard 3 of the NSQHS standards.

The Procedures listed below have already been localised, and all content and references fully Australianised, but are due an annual revision.

Ideally we would need these revised and returned by December 14th (progressive return would be appreciated). Our standard reviewing fee is US$55 (approximately $75 AUD) per Procedure.
