NSWThe World Health Organization (WHO) released the Global Guidelines for the Prevention of Surgical Site Infection. These new guidelines include 29 concrete recommendations to address the spread of infections and how to avoid superbugs that account for more than 400,000 extra hospital days and place patients at risk
