whether soiled linen carrier would require cover

Dear All,

My hospital is preparing for the hospital accreditation by using the standards of the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS).

At present, all our waste bins are equipped with cover. We would like to know whether soiled linen carrier would require cover.
