I have been asked by our Environmental Services staff if it is suitable to use a domestic bagless HEPA filtered vacuum in our wards including patient rooms. I cannot find any documents/guidelines that advise on what vacuums are suitable in a acute hospital. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanking you in advance
