Good Morning,
Just wondering if anyone has been/ needing to use coveralls as part of their PPE requirements with the shortage of gowns.
We have some on stock but the difficulty we see is the removal of same and the high risk of contamination.
Also, a little difficult to wear if your wearing a skirt and culottes. If you have a procedure re: use and your willing to share that would be great.
Regards

Hi Janine
We did look into it and at first everyone wanted them as they are seeing them all over the media. A very small trial that we did (just wearing them around) quickly changed peoples mind, we found that the hood needed adjusting frequently as it kept creeping down on the face and yes, the risk of contamination on removal was high. If it was your only option I would think people would need to wear scrubs under them and change the scrubs if there was a risk of contamination.
