    Hi all,

Does anyone have any terms of reference for their Standard 3/Infection
Control meetings that they would like to send me please? I am in the
process of merging our monthly IC committee meetings with Standard 3
committee meetings and need to implement the TOR for this. Also, if you
have meeting agenda templates which set out the meeting as per the
standards, that would be good too, thanks.
    Cheers,
Helen Scott, ICP, Griffith Hospital, NSW

    Hello,

I am in the midst of creating a committee for Standard 3 / IFC and would be very appreciative of any help re: agenda items, TOR other facilities have used.

My predecessor used the following template when reporting on IFC for the hospital:

    Infection Control Report
    Date:

    Significant Pathology
    Antibiotic Stewardship
    Hydro
    Scopes
    Immunisation
    Occupational exposures
    Clinical waste
    Hydro protocol

However, I realise this does not comprehensively cover NSQHS Standard 3.

Subject: [ACIPC_Infexion_Connexion] Terms of ref and agendas for Standard 3 meetings

    Hi all,

Does anyone have any terms of reference for their Standard 3/Infection Control meetings that they would like to send me please? I am in the process of merging our monthly IC committee meetings with Standard 3 committee meetings and need to implement the TOR for this. Also, if you have meeting agenda templates which set out the meeting as per the standards, that would be good too, thanks.
    Cheers,
Helen Scott, ICP, Griffith Hospital, NSW

Subject: [ACIPC_Infexion_Connexion] Terms of ref and agendas for Standard 3 meetings

    Hi all,

Does anyone have any terms of reference for their Standard 3/Infection Control meetings that they would like to send me please? I am in the process of merging our monthly IC committee meetings with Standard 3 committee meetings and need to implement the TOR for this. Also, if you have meeting agenda templates which set out the meeting as per the standards, that would be good too, thanks.
    Cheers,
Helen Scott, ICP, Griffith Hospital, NSW

    Good morning

Sorry for the delay in posting these. These are TOR and an agenda I used in a previous role. They would need to be updated to match Version 2 of the National Standards.

    Hope this helps
