Hi all,
Does anyone have any terms of reference for their Standard 3/Infection
Control meetings that they would like to send me please? I am in the
process of merging our monthly IC committee meetings with Standard 3
committee meetings and need to implement the TOR for this. Also, if you
have meeting agenda templates which set out the meeting as per the
standards, that would be good too, thanks.
Cheers,
Helen Scott, ICP, Griffith Hospital, NSWHelen.scott1@health.nsw.gov.au

22/01/2019 at 1:20 pm #74995Hello,
I am in the midst of creating a committee for Standard 3 / IFC and would be very appreciative of any help re: agenda items, TOR other facilities have used.
My predecessor used the following template when reporting on IFC for the hospital:
Infection Control Report
Date:Significant Pathology
Antibiotic Stewardship
Hydro
Scopes
Immunisation
Occupational exposures
Clinical waste
Hydro protocolHowever, I realise this does not comprehensively cover NSQHS Standard 3.
