    Good morning,

    I am only new to the group and not sure of the process of how to ask for your advise.

    I was wondering if anyone could share with me what documentation they used for their audits.

    * Standard precautions
    * transmission based precautions
    * infection control audit tool
    * departmental annual cleaning tool audit.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards
    Helen
