Does anyone have advice or insights into how non-surgical day only centres should meet the surveillance requirements for Standard 3. Thinking particularly about how the return on investment, say a cancer Rx centre where no surgical procedures are performed, of rigorous surveillance for CRBSI. Would be grateful for insights esp those who have been accredited.
I understand that some surveyors remain demanding of interventions of unproven strategies such as disposable curtains. Are others willing to share how they address unreasonable surveyor observations other than requesting an alternate re-reviewer?
Grateful for any advice and ideas.
Regards
