Staff Health Question – levels of access

Hi All
Can I ask what level of access is available to the staff health data in your organisation? For example can managers see the immunisation status of individuals or do you provide line managers with basic data around numbers of individuals immunised within their departments. Maybe you have a different level of data provided.
We are updating our staff health service and would love to know what other orgnaisations are doing. We are conscious of the need to maintain confidentiality of staff health information but need to strike the right balance with workplace safety.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
