Staff Health – electronic records options

Hi Everyone
We are looking at our staff health (vaccination) program and would like to know what options have been used successfully for recording and reporting of staff vaccinations?
If there is a particular system you have used that anyone could reccomend (using my Northern Health email to avoid any potential commercial conflicts) it would be gretly appreciated.
