    Dear Brain Trust:

    I would to ask your permission if you can help me with the single use and re-usable sample policy with the list of instruments/ consumables etc. I know each hospital has their own list of instruments and single use items and re-usable items. All I want is a sample list for me to start a policy if its ok for anyone to share.
