In addition to completing this online application, applicants must also forward the following information to ambassadors@shea-online.org:

Your curriculum vitae (CV)
A letter of support from a current SHEA member, your supervisor/mentor, or your department chair. Please limit the letter to one page with one-inch margins and a font size of 10 points or greater. The letter should clearly describe:
Your qualifications and responsibilities in healthcare epidemiology or infection prevention and control.
Your efforts to lead initiatives in your country and/or region.
Why you are an excellent candidate to receive this travel grant.
