Sample audits

Good morning everyone,

Happy New Year

I am in process of reviewing our IPC audits in accordance with state
legislative requirements and best practice.

It will be very helpful if can I get some useful tips or if anyone is happy
to share their audits?

I am mainly looking at Cytotoxic medication management, waste management (
clinical & Cytotoxic), treatment rooms, dirty utility rooms ( pan rooms).

I am unable to find any standard audits from NSW health?
