    Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone has guidance on managing staff who are required to wear beards for religious/cultural reasons but who also need to wear RPE at P2/N95 level? My understanding is that the Singh Thattha technique (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7532752/) is not recognised in Aus and the only other option would be a hood style PAPR. Comments welcome from any jurisdiction but particularly interested in Qld.
    Cheers Matt
