Dear Colleagues
The RNSH Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) team at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) Sydney is excited to announce that due to staff reallocation we are in a position to advertise for a permanent part time IPAC CNC to join our team.
The IPAC team comprises of a Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultants, a Clinical Nurse Specialist and a Registered Nurse. Each position within our team provides leadership and expertise to staff, ensuring the delivery of a patient-centred Infection Prevention and Control service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our proactive and effective infection prevention and control team working at RNSH.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant provides expert clinical infection prevention and control advice to patients/clients, carers and other health care professionals within Royal North Shore Hospital and Community Services.
The successful applicant will work cooperatively with other IPAC practitioners at RNSH and across the Northern Sydney Local Health District to develop and ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to infection prevention and control.
This position is permanent part time [24 hpw] and is classified as a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2.
