Hi all

Can I please remind list subscribers of this clause in the Infexion Connexion Rules? (https://www.acipc.org.au/Professional-Development/ACIPC-Discussion-List )

1. All posts to the list should identify the poster – specifically employment classification and place of employment or practice setting. Where necessary posts should also identify any commercial affiliations or possible commercial conflicts of interest. This is essential so other members (who may not know who “Michael” is) can see the professional, commercial, socio-political, and geographic background any comments derive from.
It is important that we give others enough information to be in a position to offer us useful solutions. Because different Australian states and territories are governed by different laws, and there are even differences within our state and territory healthcare systems, we need to identify where the question is based both geographically and socio-politically. Adding to that, we also have a number of international subscribers who are governed by even different regulations and standards. So it is quite important to be able to give an answer that fits with the context in which the question has been asked.
