re ESBL clearance

Hi,

Can I have some guidance on criteria for clearance of a patient previously ESBL in urine. During this admission she has had 2 negative MCS urine. I have read some literature that suggests 3 negative results at least a week apart – but it is unlikely she will be here long enough for that.
