Hi Ruth,
The Australian Dental Association have recently released a self-audit tool. It’s a PDF document, but I’m sure if you make contact with the ADA, they can put you in contact with their Infection Control committee who put it together and provide a Word doc version. In the introduction it states prepared by Professor Laurence Walsh and endorsed by the ADA Infection Control Committee…
I’ve attached the first 3x pages of the document to give you a clear idea of its content. You can decide if it’s something that you might like to request a full copy (in Word) from the ADA

Does anyone have a WORD based template for auditing a dental /oral surgery environment. I am really after one that has more than the sterilisation part as our dental instruments go back to the central TSSU. CHRISP do a good one called ‘Oral Health Infection Control Checklist’ but it is only available as a pdf and I need one to fill in.Cheers
