At Djerriwarrh Health Service (Bacchus Marsh & Melton) we don’t offer
routine Mantoux screening to staff
– Insufficient allocated infection control hours
– Low risk area
– Cost prohibitive
– Neighbouring region experienced large number of false positives
Cheers

screening [Scanned]For those ICP’s involved in staff health, I am interested in knowing how
many organisations offer routine Mantoux screening to staff involved in
BCG instillations / immunotherapy. If you do offer routine Mantoux for
this group of staff, how frequently are they performed?Any comments or opinions appreciated!!
Thanks
Michael
