    Good morning all,

Our service has now taken on Mental Health across CALHN which involves around 11 sites including Glenside.
I am in the process of reviewing our procedures and have found some gaps for Mental Health.
I am wondering if anyone was willing to share with us their procedures that we could possibly adapt. We would acknowledge where they have been adapted from.
Specifically, I am looking for procedures for staff with regard to clients that are within a communal living environment undertaking their own washing, cooking etc before transitioning home.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards
