Dear All,
We are currently reviewing our pre-employment immunisation screening, vaccination requirements and a catch-up for existing staff who have incomplete vaccination histories on staff records.
I am interested to hear how other organisations manage this, specifically with regard to the following:
* Is there a dedicated staff health clinic at your hospitals who manage all pre-employment assessments and vaccinations, and if so how are hours/FTE allocated to this responsibility
* How is evidence/proof of immunisation obtained
* Is pre-employment immunisation status included in the recruitment process
* Are HCW permitted to commence employment with incomplete vaccination history
* How is non-compliance managed
* Protocols for existing staff catch up
