    Hi Everyone,

Just wondering what you are advising for hospital transfers of suspect or positive COVID patients and the required PPE for the HCW?

I have seen the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in health care poster and feel it is quite clear. However on discussions with staff with in our hospital they are anxious re the limited amount of PPE advised.

Are staff in your areas feeling the same way?

Are you following ACSQHC guidelines for PPE or has your facility made variations to their PPE recommendations for transferring patients?

Thanks in advance for your help.
