PhD Opportunity at National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship: Acute care facilities
NCAS is offering a PhD scholarship for a candidate to examine Hospital Antimicrobial Prescribing practices, with a particular focus on surgical antibiotic prophylaxis. The PhD candidate will develop strategies for targeted behavioural change to improve antibiotic usage in the hospital setting and beyond and evaluate the implementation of these strategies using action research with quantitative and qualitative approaches.
