Found this article in the Journal of Hospital Infection which suggest a method for achieving facial fit for FFP3 /N95 respirators for those staff members with beards. https://www.journalofhospitalinfection.com/article/S0195-6701(20)30459-X/fulltext
This has been discussed here a few times so it is good to see some research being done. Quite a small study so probably needs some corroboration as the authors suggest. I would be a little concerned about the ability of staff to consistently replicate the under mask beard cover technique and how comfortable it would be for an extended period of time.
