Hi ACIPC colleagues,
I am just inquiring about drinking water in the OT – In my day, this was frowned upon. However, our anaesthetists, who frequently don’t get to leave the theatre for period of time, do occasionally have a water or tea/coffee in the theatre.
Just wondering what others think regarding this issue and/or allow and what evidence is available that I can share with staff and anaesthetists?
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
