Nursing Times review of peripheral IV replacement

This Cochrane Review we should be familiar with, as it has Australian
authorship, but it is the first time I have seen this in the Nursing
Times in the UK. Wonder if this will spark more debate on the current
HICPAC Guideline recommendations in the US?
