New Builds – What’s required

Hi,

I’m looking for information relating to new builds and what is required re: validation testing, clinical cleans, water testing etc
Which sections of the hospital require microbiology testing, we have:

* Theatre x 2
* Pathology Department
* CSD
* Endoscopy
* Renal
* Negative pressure rooms x 2

I know I have seen information on this site previously – so sorry about the reposting.
Would appreciate anyone’s input?
