Can you tell me if there is a requirement for microbiological testing
of nasendoscopes ( ENT scopes). These are non channeled without
buttons . ENT staff are adamant they must test, however I have read
GENSA and GENCA documents and all microbiological testing information
is related to channeled endoscopes. Our nasendoscopes are
reprocessedby low temperatureplasma sterilization.
If how so how is it done?
thanks very much
