How are facilities assisting staff that are failing more than five masks during Fit Testing.
For our facility that was all the masks that were available

    Thank you

    Hi All

We organise a re-test with a different tester on a different day. Several of our staff had successful tests the second time around. We add staff who still do not achieve a fit to a spreadsheet for subsequent follow up in case different masks become available. The staff member is supported to not work in any area that requires them wearing and N95/ P2 respirator.

We are following up with a counselling session with an expert on fit
checking and taking your time with getting the fit correct. So far those
    that have failed have passed.
