I have a staff member who has a N95 exception and refuses to redeploy, she is happy to wear a surgical mask and face shield. The staff member apparently worked throughout the Covid period like this.
My question is in times of an outbreak and we are needing to wear N95’s, what do we do with this staff member?
We are just coming to an end of an outbreak in which we were required to wear N95’s and she was placed on annual leave, however is not happy about this decision being made to take annual leave, when she worked throughout covid like this.
Suggestion please?
