Mould in toilet cisterns

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever dealt with a problem of mould inside toilet cisterns within a hospital?

What are your thoughts on its’ relevance, seeing as it is contained, and the area is a moisture rich environment so it’s going to be very difficult to eradicate?
