Mould and HEPA laminar flow in OT

A facility has discovered a huge mould issue above the HEPA filters in a laminar flow operating theatre. They wish to ask anonymously if any other facilities have had this issue, and if so, what investigations into the actual mechanics and actions they did.

If anyone wants to reply outside the list directly to me, I will pass the information on.
