Light cover cleaning

Good morning . I have query. How are cleaned the light covers in your facility.the ones in the patient rooms and coridors. Some places have covers some are without. When it is open is dust accumulating and when electrician changes the bulbs are fingers left all over and this is ugly.do you know how to?
