Intensive care tapware

Hi All,

We are reviewing the maintenance schedule of our handbasins in our Neonatal Intensive Care unit.

Is there recommended frequency and process of:
aerator changing/cleaning in the taps,
Thermal flushing
Plug hole/drain/P trap cleaning in hand basins
