    Good morning Colleagues,

I work in a small rural aged care facility and the role of IPC Lead is both
new to me and my facility. I am currently in the process of organising an
ICP committee but I would also like to change the audits that we do as they
are very basic and don’t provide us with the information that we need
    to improve.

I was wondering if anyone had any audits that they use or templates,
resources that they would be able to recommend.

    Kind regards.

    Catherine

    Hi Catherine,

The South Australia Health website http://www.sahealth.sa.gov.au has lots of audit tool templates that can be modified/tailored for your local use.
I have de-identified our audit tools and attached them for you to have a look at.

    Kind regards
