    Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their infection control risk screen/assessment they use for admissions to their health facilities. I have had a document in use for the last 12months however it still needs a lot of refinement as it is open to interpretation with not enough clear direction on the actions to be implement when a patient is to be admitted with suspected or know infectious risk. I look forward to your feedback and advice.

    Many Thanks,

    Kind Regards,

    Robyn Freeman
