Hi all,
Can anyone share successful strategies to raise Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) hand hygiene compliance within a private sector?
I would love to hear back from anyone who has managed to implement education, training and raise compliance with their VMOs.

We have same problem here.
Hopefully when the ‘Clean In – Clean Out’ campaign (CEC) comes into full swing, everyones results will drastically improve.

Hi Bec,
We put up a graph of the Doctor V Nurses hand hygiene compliance by month in places like the theatre scrub bays, theatre and ward tea rooms.
This simple approach has created a bit of a competition and steady improvement from both groups.[cid:image002.png@01CF9611.F43099F0]
