Hand Hygiene audit tools for Kitchen staff

Hi All,

I have recently been asked to consider auditing hand hygiene practices
in our hospital kitchen as part of the food safety program.

Has anyone used or developed an audit tool for monitoring hand hygiene
compliance in a non-patient / kitchen setting?
