    Dear Colleagues,
Do any of you know of any research regarding hair dryers and drying C section wounds in particular?
I can’t believe this sort of practice is allowed, must say I have never come across this in over 30 years of nursing, Please advise !
    Kind regards
    Jayne

    Hi Jayne

Funny you should ask this. We were in a meeting with a CNS from the birth suite the other day and she mentioned that this was the advice that they used to give in the UK!! Luckily, that same advice is not being given here.

    Regards

    Julie
