On behalf of the WoCoVA foundation and the Local Organizing Committee, we invite you to participate at the 1st WoCoVA 2015 Special Event held at the Shangri-La Hotel Kowloon in Hong Kong, May 28-29, 2015
Following the successful bi-annual 3rd WoCoVA in Berlin, Germany in June 2014, WoCoVA is offering a special event congress based on the main topics and best speakers. Choosing the venue of Hong Kong we allow clinicians from the Asian region to be part of the global process in improving Vascular Access and better patient outcomes. The program is highlighting global vascular access issues, technology advances, evidence-based practices and offers a great opportunity to network with professionals from around the world.
This unique multidisciplinary and multi-professional event will cover all aspects of vascular access: indications for the choice of the device, insertion techniques, tip location methods and prevention and management of all vascular access device (VAD) related complications, e.g. infection, thrombosis, occlusion, etc.
Discussion will focus on the issues of safety, cost effectiveness and efficiency in vascular access, as well as the demand for globally shared guidelines for the clinical practice.Scientific and educational sessions, hosted by international experts, will offer an exceptional occasion for updating knowledge in this field, sharing experiences and learning about future trends in the area of vascular access devices.
Hong Kong has excellent meeting facilities in the lively business district where the luxurious Kowloon Shangri-La hotel will host this WoCoVA special event. Next to rich architecture, art treasures from all eras and trendy shopping, it will be a memorable experience and the choice of places of interest makes it even more attractive for health care professionals and health care companies to participate.WoCoVA offers great opportunities to expose your activities and / or products to vascular access professionals. Exhibitors can exchange information with an expected 500 attendees at booths in the commercial and technical exhibition space located on two levels closely connected to the lecture rooms. WoCoVA offers organizations a variety of options for advertisements via sponsorship.
