    Pfizer Australia wish to advise of an urgent medicine recall for DBL METRONIDAZOLE INTRAVENOUS INFUSION 500mg/100mL solution for injection bag. See attached letter. This is an escalation from the Urgent Product Defect Correction letter issued early June 2018.
