Hi Michael
I wanted to put a question out to all our colleagues please?
I have a new head of department (remember it’s a veterinary teaching hospital), who wants to introduce, “bare below the elbows”.
Is this something everyone follows across all clinical areas or is it just aligned with hand hygiene.
Some of our large animal vets would get very cold, working outside with horses, cows etc
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Hi Carol
Congratulations! You just sent an email to the list! 🙂
All emails to acipclist@acipc.org.au automatically get sent to me for moderating, and I them approve or reject them. If I reject them, it is often because the sender has forgotten to include details like their full name and place or work, or that they include brand names in the message, and I will send it back to them for resubmission. Or they might be administrative-type emails (like change my subscription as I am on leave, or like this one), which I again do not send to the list.
So, welcome to Infexion Connexion, and start sending questions or responses to the list via acipclist@acipc.org.au.
Cheers
Michael Wishart

[2019 conference email signature]Hi Michael
I’m pretty new to ACIPIC and from a Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
If I wish to contribute or ask a question on this forum, do I send this to you in the first instance?
Kind Regards

Apologies for this message, but I made a small change to the list without realising it would send a message to nearly all of the subscribers!
The change was only to force a ‘subject tag’ [ACIPC_Infexion_Connexion] onto the subject line of each email to help subscribers identify where the email has arisen from.
Apologies for any concern this may have created on emails coming announcing a change to your subscription.
Thanks
Michael Wishart
