    A Save the Date for your calendars for a water webinar from the RSPH Water Special Interest Group.

    Just a reminder that the webinar will only be available on the presentation website for up to 24 hours after the live presentation on Wed 21 FEB 2018, 1300-1400 [midnight here (AEDT), the night of Wed 21 FEB 2018], after which it is only available to RSPH members for up to 12 months after the presentation.

    In this webinar, Dr Paul McDermott will discuss the ever-growing list of waterborne pathogens, focusing on those that present significant risks, particularly to patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

    The webinar will cover some of the design features that are found commonly in water systems, which can increase the likelihood of colonisation, as well as the ways that water systems are used that increase risks of exposure to harmful bacteria.The webinar will also look at the sort of controls that should be in place to manage risks and the types of checks that can provide assurance that this is the case.

    This webinar is part of a series of webinars and other resources made available by RSPHs Water Special Interest Group.
