The Committee of the CJD Support Group Network would like to invite you to attend the 8th Annual National CJD Conference to be held at the Jasper Hotel in Melbourne on Saturday 14th November 2015.

The registration form, will all details, is attached and is also available on our website http://www.cjdsupport.org.au or you can call 1800 052466 to register or find out more.

This form can be downloaded, filled in and saved to a file or your desktop, then sent back to us as an email attachment – contactus@cjdsupport.org.au

For health care professionals this is an opportunity to learn more about CJD and other prion disease from Australian and overseas experts and share your experience and knowledge in areas of patient care and infection prevention and control.

Accommodation is available at the Jasper Hotel at a special conference rate of $155 for a deluxe Queen Room but only up until 12th October 2015.
